Find your tickets

There are a few different ways you may have purchased your tickets, so let’s help you find them!

First step? Check your email.

Regardless of which ticketing platform you used to purchase your tickets, the order confirmation email should indicate the delivery method you chose and how to find and manage your tickets. The confirmation email is not your ticket, though, so let’s find your tickets.

Log in to your NAC Account

If you purchased tickets to an NAC presentation – a performance offered by NAC Orchestra, NAC Dance, English Theatre, French Theatre, Indigenous Theatre, or Popular Music and Variety – log in to your NAC Account to find your tickets. 

Broadway Across Canada subscription tickets

If you are a Broadway Across Canada subscriber, you can manage your Broadway tickets by logging in to Account Manager.

Log in to your Ticketmaster account

Tickets to shows that are not produced by the NAC, such as Broadway Across Canada touring productions and other rental events, are often sold through Ticketmaster. Tickets bought on Ticketmaster and other external ticketing platforms will not be available through your NAC Account. Please log in to your Ticketmaster account to look for your tickets.

What to do if you can’t find your tickets?

Please contact our Box Office by email or phone if you are unable to find your tickets after checking your email and your NAC Account.
