Ways to exchange tickets

When available, exchanges for eligible tickets can be done by email, or in person at the Box Office. Please check Box Office hours before visiting.

You may also have the option to donate the value of your exchanged tickets to the NAC Foundation.

Exchange printed tickets by email

If you have printed tickets that are eligible for exchange, write VOID on the tickets you wish to exchange. Include a scan or clear photo with your exchange email.

If you are unable to send a photo of your voided printed tickets, indicate the details of your event and the seats you want to exchange in your email.

Include the following in your exchange email:

  1. Your contact information, including a phone number;
  2. Clear photo or scan of your voided print tickets OR the details of your event and the seats you want to exchange;
  3. The name and date of the new event you wish to attend. Please indicate your desired seating area and price point.

Send your exchange email to exchanges@nac-cna.ca.

We will cancel your original tickets and contact you to confirm the exchange has been completed. Your new tickets will be delivered to you via email.

Exchange printed tickets in person at the Box Office

If you have printed tickets that are eligible for exchange, please bring your tickets and valid ID to the Box Office. Please check Box Office hours before visiting.

Can I exchange tickets I purchased on Ticketmaster?
Exchanges for eligible tickets purchased on Ticketmaster can be done by email, over the phone, or in person at the NAC Box Office. Please check Box Office hours before visiting.
