Postponed or cancelled events

Postponed events

If your show has been postponed, you will receive a notification email if you have provided us an email address. Please hold on to your tickets until new dates are announced.

For postponed shows without a new date, we will reach out again as soon as a new date is confirmed.

Cancelled events

If your show has been cancelled, you will receive a a notification email if you have provided us an email address. You will receive a refund automatically if you paid by credit card online or at the Box Office. Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to be processed.

If you paid by cash or debit, you will need to visit the Box Office to process a refund or exchange. You have one year to obtain your refund or to exchange your tickets.

If you purchased your tickets through a third-party reseller, please contact your reseller directly.
