Frequently asked questions

  • How do I make changes to my 2022-2023 subscription?

    Your old NAC account will continue to be used to manage any remaining 2022-2023 subscription tickets for events taking place before September 1, 2023*. Your old account will be closed after these events have passed.

    As a subscriber, you can still buy tickets to eligible* 2022-2023 shows using your old NAC account, including selected shows announced as part of our 2023 summer programming.

    If you are renewing your subscription, you will be able to make changes to your 2023-24 subscriptions and tickets in your new NAC Account.

  • How do I renew and make changes to my new 2023-2024 subscription?

    You will renew and manage your 2023-2024 season subscriptions and tickets in your new NAC Account. Sign in to your account to see the options available to you. Subject to availability, you will be able to manage your seats, performance dates, and add more tickets

  • Can I still buy a subscription for the 2022-2023 season?

    Subscriptions for the 2022-2023 season are no longer on sale. Subscription packages for the 2023-2024 season will be available to new subscribers in June!

  • How do I pay for my subscription in installments?

    As part of the checkout process, you will have the option to pay in installments, with one third payable on subscribing, the second payment to be processed on July 11, 2023, and the third payment to be processed on August 14, 2023.

    If you are paying for your subscription package in installments, you will only receive your tickets once the order is fully paid.

  • Can I include Broadway Across Canada performances in my package?

    Broadway Across Canada performances cannot be included in NAC packages. However, tickets to Broadway shows through to fall 2023 are now on sale on a per show basis now. 

  • Can I receive my subscription tickets by mail instead of digitally?

    You can have your tickets mailed to you for a $5 fee. Please contact the Box Office at 1 844 985-2787 (ARTS). Tickets are mailed in August.

  • I’d prefer not to renew online. What are my other options?

    You can renew your subscription by phone or in person at the Box Office* located at the Canal Foyer level at the NAC. Please have your show selections, dates and a few options of preferred seating locations / price ranges ready when contacting us. 

    Please note that if you are renewing in person, you may experience longer than usual wait times at the Box Office due to high demand.

  • When will I receive my tickets?

    You can manage your tickets in your NAC Account. You can access and print your tickets before your event, or add your tickets to your mobile device’s digital wallet by logging into your NAC Account

    If your tickets are being mailed, you will receive them in August.

  • What happens if I lose my tickets?

    If you lose your subscription tickets simply contact the Box Office at 1-844-985-2787 to obtain replacement tickets. 

    If you realize that you have lost your ticket only when you arrive for the performance, go directly to the Box Office to obtain a replacement ticket. Valid government-issued identification will be required.

    You can log into your NAC Account to access your digital tickets.   

  • How do I add a donation to my subscription package?

    When renewing your subscription online, you will have the option to add a donation to support the arts. If you are renewing by phone or in person, you can let the Box Office agent know that you wish to donate. A donation can also be made anytime through our online donation form
