Printed tickets

Receive tickets by mail

When buying tickets, you may have the option to have your tickets mailed to you. This option may not be available for all events.

If you are paying for your subscription package in installments, you will only receive your tickets once the order is fully paid.

Pick up tickets at the Box Office

When buying tickets, you may have the option to pick them up at the Box Office. This option may not be available for all events. Valid ID will be required. Please check the Box Office hours of operation before visiting.

If you are paying for your subscription package in installments, you will only receive your tickets once the order is fully paid.

Print at home tickets

The Print-at-home option is not available for all events. If you selected the Print-at-home option for your tickets, your tickets will be emailed to you (PDF format) when they are ready.

If you chose the print at home option for your subscription tickets, Box Office will contact you when your fully paid event tickets are available to print

Tips when printing your tickets:

  • Ensure your printed ticket is clear enough to read, especially the barcode.
  • Avoid folding your printed tickets along the barcode; this may make it difficult to scan your ticket.
  • The barcode on print-at-home tickets can be scanned at the venue on a mobile device if you are unable to print your ticket.
