Manage your account

Your new NAC Account 

You can update and manage the following when you log in to your new NAC Account: 

• Update your contact and billing information; 
• Change your password; 
• Update your communications preferences; 
• Save and access your wish list; 
• Buy and send gift cards; 
• View your order history, check upcoming payments and gift card balances. 

Your other ticket accounts 

Updates you make in your new NAC Account will not be applied automatically to other ticket management accounts, such as Account Manager (for Broadway subscribers) or Ticketmaster.

Please update any essential information, such as contact or billing information, in all your ticket management accounts.

If you are a 2023-2024 Broadway Across Canada season subscriber, you can manage your Broadway tickets and your BAC subscription account details by logging in to Account Manager.
