Tickets and account help

Your account

Your NAC account is where you will purchase and manage your tickets and subscriptions to events produced by the National Arts Centre. Events you add to your wish list are saved in your NAC account so you can easily find them again!

Tickets to NAC Orchestra, NAC Dance, English Theatre, French Theatre, Indigenous Theatre, and Popular Music and Variety shows are sold exclusively on our website and should appear in your NAC account after purchase.

How to log in to your NAC account

When you buy NAC tickets, subscriptions or gift cards online, you will be asked to log in to your NAC account.

To log in, enter the email address and password you have used to buy NAC tickets in the past. If you can’t remember your password, don’t worry, you are not alone! You can always create a new password to access your account.

If you don’t have an NAC account, you can create a new account with your preferred email address.

Tickets not in your account?

Tickets to shows that are not produced by the NAC, such as Broadway Across Canada touring productions and other rental events, are sold on Ticketmaster and other ticketing platforms and will not appear in your NAC account.

Broadway Across Canada

If you are a Broadway Across Canada season subscriber, you can manage your Broadway tickets and your BAC subscription account details by logging in to Account Manager

External ticketing platforms

If you purchased your tickets through Ticketmaster or another external ticket seller, please log in to your account on that platform to manage your tickets.
