Change of plans? You can exchange your tickets for most NAC-presented shows until 9pm the day before the performance you cannot attend.
For all other events, please contact the NAC Box Office to determine whether exchanges are available. We cannot issue refunds or credits except in the case of a performance cancellation.
$5 per ticket exchange fee
A $5 per ticket exchange fee will be charged on all single ticket (non-subscription) exchanges. Single tickets for Broadway shows and non-NAC performances cannot be exchanged.
No exchange fee
As an NAC Subscriber, you can exchange your subscription tickets for an NAC Orchestra, Dance, Theatre or select NAC Presents events until 9 pm the day before the performance.
The exchange must be for another NAC subscription show within the current season.
No exchange fee
Broadway subscribers may exchange their tickets to another performance of the same show up to 72 hours before their scheduled performance, subject to availability. Single (non-subscription) tickets for Broadway shows cannot be exchanged.
We will cancel your original tickets and contact you to confirm the exchange has been completed. Your new tickets will either be emailed (e-ticket), mailed (if time permits), or held at the Box Office for pick up.
Bring the ticket(s) you wish to exchange to the box office and we'll assist you in exchanging it for another performance.

* Exchanges are subject to availability. If the performance for which you exchange your tickets is more expensive, you will be required to pay the difference. If it is less expensive, you will receive a credit voucher for the difference.
