NAC’s Michael Gauthier interviews chef Helena Loureiro for the Resident Chef Series. In this conversation, Helena shares her journey from a small village in Portugal to becoming one of Montreal’s most successful and well respected chefs and restauranteurs, all while raising two boys and falling in love with a new country.

This fascinating interview was given in September 2020, when Chef Loureiro worked closely with NAC Executive Chef, Kenton Leier, in the creation of a weekend of Portuguese cuisine for the Chef’s Table event, as part of the NAC’s Resident Chef series.
