Chef Charlotte Langley is interviewed by NAC’s Michael Gauthier on her early start and quick ascent in Canada’s food scene, from working in Ottawa to her passion for her role as the Canadian ambassador of the Marine Stewardship Council and the growth of her seafood canning business, Scout Canning.  

Chef Langley was the Resident Chef at the National Arts Centre from January to March 2023.
