1 Elgin Restaurant is happy to offer The Chef’s Table series a little early this year! Join us this July for an unforgettable evening.

Billed as a farm to table feast, this multi-weekend event will once again showcase world-class chefs and great live music, from the patio of the National Arts Centre’s 1 Elgin Restaurant, by Ottawa’s gorgeous Rideau Canal. The 2024 Chef’s Table lineup will include some of the region’s most celebrated musical acts, and the respective menus will be curated by the NAC’s Chef Kenton Leier along with several of Canada’s finest chefs.

Thanks to this dynamic partnership between the NAC and the Ontario Festival of Small Halls, The Chef’s Table offers an opportunity for food lovers and music fans alike to celebrate a special occasion with a three-course meal from world-class chefs—or just enjoy reconnecting with friends over food, music, and the beauty of a summer night by the Rideau Canal.

Top talent

This year’s events will take place over three consecutive weekends starting July 11, and feature meals created by some of Canada’s top culinary talent working collaboratively with the NAC’s Executive Chef Kenton Leier: Chefs Leah Marshall Hannon (Stella’s Eatery, Prince Edward County, ON), Pascal Ménard (Global Affairs, Ottawa, ON) and Connor McQuay (NAC Executive Sous-Chef). Performers include Shawn Tavenier and Kelly Prescott, Mackenzie & Friends, Mikhail Laxton and Rebecca Noelle.

See you on the patio at 1 Elgin Restaurant!
