In the spring we turn to the lighter side, with a fresh take on Mozart’s great comedy, The Marriage of Figaro. In this reimagined opera, Figaro and his fiancée, Susanna, servants in the household of Count Almaviva, are pitted in a battle of wits against their master, who has cast a lecherous eye on the bride-to-be. Plots and romantic misadventures ensue throughout the uproarious wedding day, carried along by some of the most gorgeous music ever composed. In the end, virtue triumphs.
Trinity Live RushTM tickets will be available for these performances only: March 21, 23 and 25 only.
