Having performed in a long list of Broadway shows, his many theatre accolades include being the first African American man to play the role of Javert in Les Misérables, the first to play the lead role in The Phantom of the Opera on Broadway, and the originator of the role of King Triton in Disney’s Broadway production of The Little Mermaid.

Mr. Lewis is a proud founding member of Black Theatre United, an organization which stands together to help protect Black people, Black talent, and Black lives of all shapes and orientations in theatre and communities across the country.

Principal Pops Conductor Jack Everly’s CV includes leading the National Symphony Orchestra (U.S.) and conducting the American Ballet Theatre for 14 years, where he was originally appointed by Mikhail Baryshnikov.
