Canada’s National Arts Centre Orchestra’s 50th Anniversary European Tour, led by Music Director Alexander Shelley, will cross distances, generations and expectations and break new ground for the orchestral experience both inside and outside the concert hall. The tour features adventurous new works, fresh interpretations of classics and meaningful community partnerships.

The tour wraps up in Gothenburg with a performance of Life Reflected which will be the closing concert in the Point Music Festival.  Also, as part of the Point Music Festival, key contributors of Life Reflected will take part in a pre-show panel discussion and the NAC Orchestra’s own cellist Rachel Mercer will solo in a special Bach concert.
