As our National Arts Centre Orchestra sets off on the first leg of its cross-Canada performance and education tour, a group of dedicated supporters from across the country is cheering them on from the sidelines.
Tour Patrons Gail and David O’Brien, who split their time between Toronto and Calgary, are long-time NAC and Orchestra supporters. They are joined by Supporting Partners Alice and Grant Burton, also from Toronto, in their exemplary support of the Orchestra. Ottawa-based Peng Lin and his wife Yu Gu are first-time Tour donors and are excited to be joining the Orchestra for the concert in Halifax. From across the pond, Dasha Shenkman, whose generous contribution is making the 80+ community and education events on Tour possible, was a patron of the Orchestra’s tour to the United Kingdom. Rounding out the group is the Tour Digital Partner, Facebook, on whose digital platform the Tour will be promoted nationally.
You too can cheer on the NAC Orchestra throughout the Canada 150 Tour on www.nacotour.ca or on Facebook at www.facebook.com/NACOrchCNA.
