Artist residency in your schoolComplete a Reservation Request Form
You must submit a reservation request form to participate in our workshops/activities. Please note that this is a reservation request only. It does not bind you financially, guarantee availability of workshops/teaching artists, or complete the transaction.
Once your reservation request is received, an Arts Alive representative will follow up by email or telephone within 5-7 business days to confirm the details of your workshop/activity, calculate pricing (if applicable), and confirm any important instructions. An invoice (or confirmation if there is no cost associated with your workshop/activity) will then be sent to you, at which point your group’s participation in the workshop/activity is secured and payment (if applicable) is expected before the activity takes place.
Kindly allow a minimum of 4 weeks between the receipt of your reservation request and the anticipated date of the workshop/activity. Please note that all workshops/activities are pending availability of the artist(s). The NAC reserves the right to cancel any orders if a mutually convenient date cannot be secured with the artist.
