  Luigi Fidelia (March 10, 1990) known professionally as City Fidelia, is a Canadian rapper, community builder, and entrepreneur emerging from Ottawa, Ontario. Having performed at sold-out shows in North America, Asia, and Europe, City Fidelia often considers himself as an artist from a small city with big dreams. He has previously collaborated and gained recognition from artists like Malik Yusef of G.O.O.D Music, Timbaland and Vic Mensa.

  Also known for his entrepreneurship, Fidelia founded the Real House Of Ensemble, which he along with partners Stan Lukoki, the head of the agency, Abe Abadi and his brother Jeff Sanon in 2020. He also started a program director position at the CHUO radio station in January 2021 and has provided jobs to a large number of BIPOC individuals in the city.

  From the age of nine, Fidelia’s mother was a strong support for kids in their community by bailing them out of jail and providing a space for the young homeless to stay. Fidelia credits these actions for inspiring him to become a community builder with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Ayant participé à des concerts qui ont fait salle comble en Amérique du Nord, en Asie et en Europe, City Fidelia aime à se décrire comme un artiste issu d’une petite ville avec de grands rêves. Il a déjà collaboré avec des artistes comme Malik Yusef de G.O.O.D Music, Timbaland et Vic Mensa, qui ont reconnu son talent.

  Également connu pour son esprit d’entreprise, Fidelia a fondé le studio d’enregistrement Real House Of Ensemble avec ses partenaires Stan Lukoki, le directeur de l’agence, Abe Abadi et son frère Jeff Sanon en 2020. Il a également pris ses fonctions comme directeur des programmes à la station de radio CHUO en janvier 2021, fournissant des emplois à un grand nombre de personnes autochtones, noires et de couleur (PANDC) dans la ville.

  Dès l’âge de neuf ans, Fidelia a vu sa mère apporter un soutien sans faille aux jeunes de sa communauté, en les sortant de prison et en offrant un toit aux jeunes sans-abris. Fidelia attribue à ces actions le mérite de l’avoir incité à devenir un bâtisseur communautaire doté d’un esprit d’entreprise.

  Hello, my name is ConcreteRose LaDon, I’m tough like concrete but also sweet like a good summer rose.

  I'm a 29-year-old female artist from Canada's capitol Ottawa Ontario.

  I've been surrounded by the arts my whole life, whether it be Visual, Dance, or music.  I even went to an arts school for my high school years where I excelled in dance.

  unfortunately like a lot of people I have been through my good share of hard times, trauma and that's where I really tapped into my passion for music.

  I started rapping 3 years ago, started free styling to beats driving around in my car, or at work, using it quite literally as my therapy and still do to this day.

  my style is a mix of spoken word and storytelling I like to use examples from my life to reach people who might be going through similar things. - MY MOTTO is simply 

  "I'm tryna heal minds, while emptying mine". 

  some of my highlights are performing at various local shows, shows in toronto, being played on the radio CHUO ottawa, and in the states, I just recently opened for Dax, and Karl Wolf.

  Je m’appelle ConcreteRose LaDon. Je suis à la fois dure comme du béton et douce que comme un bouton de rose.

  J’ai 29 ans et je suis originaire d’Ottawa (Ontario), la capitale du Canada.

  Je baigne dans le monde des arts depuis toute petite, entre arts visuels, danse et musique. Au secondaire, j’ai même opté pour un parcours en danse où je me suis distinguée.

  Malheureusement, comme beaucoup, j’ai traversé des moments difficiles et j’ai trouvé dans la musique une échappatoire. Je me suis tournée vers le rap il y a trois ans, en commençant par improviser sur des rythmes dans ma voiture, ou au travail. La musique est une véritable thérapie pour moi.

  Entre slam et récit, je puise dans mon vécu pour écrire des textes qui trouveront écho auprès des personnes qui sont passées par le même chemin que moi. Ma devise est simple :  

  « J’essaye de soigner les esprits, tout en vidant le mien. » 

  Je me suis produite sur diverses scènes locales, notamment à Toronto et sur les ondes de la station CHUO (Ottawa), ainsi qu’aux États-Unis en première partie de Dax et Karl Wolf.

  With an artist name like ‘Slayverii’, it’s no wonder this independent musician isn’t afraid to walk to the beat of her own drum.

  After dropping her debut mixtape, ‘Slaycation’, back in late 2021, the trans musician has had somewhat of a musical hiatus, solely featuring on singles such as, most recently, ‘Queen Slay’, and the now over 10k+ streamed, ‘Captain Crunch’ - both of which created alongside popular Soundcloud producer ‘VZE’.

  With anticipation for her next mixtape slowly bubbling, what will this future superstar be cooking up for us (and her fanbase; appropriately deemed, ‘Slayves’) during this season’s NAC Festival? 

  Vu le nom d’artiste qu’elle a choisi, il va sans dire que Slayverii n’hésite pas à tracer sa propre voie.

  Après la parution de son premier album autoproduit, Slaycation, à la fin de 2021, cette musicienne trans indépendante a pris une petite pause musicale. Elle a toutefois contribué à quelques chansons, dont deux créées avec VZE, producteur populaire sur Soundcloud : « Queen Slay », la petite dernière, et « Captain Crunch », qui cumule plus de 10 000 écoutes en continu.

  Forte de l’intérêt croissant pour son prochain album, que réserve cette future superstar aux « Slayves » (surnom donné à ses adeptes) et au public du Festival du CNA?
