Jusqu’où te mènera ta langue ? was the opening event of the 10th edition of the Festival du Jamais Lu. Remounted for the Théâtre français, it is a happening with a dash of controversy and an emphasis on liberty, and it promises to get the new season off to a rousing start. Onstage is a group of writers and actors, all of whom are asked by Marcelle Dubois and Martin Faucher to loosen their tongues and to write, on the spot, whatever comes to mind, leading to pieces that are magnificent, surprising or caustic, and sometimes political, amusing and hilarious.

POST-PERFORMANCE RECEPTION

French Theatre invites all spectators to have a drink and meet the new artistic directors and the team behind Jusqu’où te mènera ta langue ?. This is a great opportunity for discussions revolving round a shared passion for the magic of language.
