Through a series of four workshops, Les Blettes (Isabelle Bartkowiak and Julie Malenfant) invite you to discover the art of puppetry. An invitation to free your scissors, your cardboard and your imagination from confinement! Come craft with us!

Workshop 3 – Rod puppets: Musical inspiration

Get out your scissors, fabric and glue: we’re going to make fabric puppets and learn the basics of manipulating them!

Materials:

• Scissors
• Masking tape
• White glue
• A bowl
• Various fabrics
• Needle and thread—and your parent!
• A rod or stick
• Newsprint
• Paint
• Rice 

Optional: 

• Fabric glue or glue gun—and your parent!
