Join us for the fourth dinner event in the Resident Chefs series, featuring a collaboratively created menu of Canadian cuisine by NAC Executive Chef, Kenton Leier, and Chef Jonathan Gushue.

Chef Gushue brings a wide breadth of culinary experience and creativity to us from his current position as Executive Chef of the famous Fogo Island Inn, where he draws from an extensive culinary repertoire to masterfully create exceptional cuisine from local ingredients and reimagined culinary tradition from Canada’s East Coast.

Enjoy the insights of both Chefs as they present each course throughout the evening and offer a little background on the menu, and learn about each wine pairing from Santa Margherita Winery presented by Marta Bonomo.
