The NAC’s Executive Chef, Kenton Leier invites Seventh Fire’s, Executive Chef, Rich Francis to collaborate and curate a menu infused with native ingredients and Indigenous techniques. These culinary artists will enhance your experience with their insights before each new course and lead you on a journey of savoury exploration. Eugene Mlynczyk, Master of Wine, representing Nk’Mip winery, Canada’s only Indigenous owned winery, will join the Chefs and highlight the taste profiles for each wine pairing. These incredible wines from the Okanagan are a special treat and will complement the artful cuisine of these two talented Chefs.
