Hosted by Winnipeg Art Gallery (WAG) co-curators of INSURGENCE/RESURGENCE, Jaimie Isaac and Julie Nagam, this panel discussion that is part of the WAG’s Art for Lunch series will be a stimulating conversation exploring the potential and power of the arts to build resilient communities. The panel will feature award winning community mobilizer Michael Redhead Champagne, visual artists Kenneth Lavallee and Jessica Canard, and Music Director of the National Arts Centre Orchestra, Alexander Shelley.  Also on offer is a chance to participate in a Collaborative Community Mural Project with Jessica Canard before and after the discussion.
