A leading light of contemporary dance, Israeli choreographer Ohad Naharin is a dance alchemist, drawing on seven previous works to meticulously craft a touching homage to dance and dancers.

Minus One invites the artfully versatile dancers of GBCM – renowned for their work in contemporary ballet – to abandon themselves joyously to the dance, becoming both interpreters and inventors of movement. To a propulsive soundtrack, they reveal their individual idiosyncrasies in solo and large scale pieces where gestures are by turn contemplative, perfectly synchronized, full of grace, agility and humour.
