During the month of June, the National Arts Centre Orchestra will continue its cross-Canada tour, performing in Toronto and Quebec City. As part of the Luminato Festival in Toronto, the orchestra will perform Life Reflected

This is the first tour led by the NAC Orchestra’s highly acclaimed Music Director, Alexander Shelley. The concert in Quebec City will feature JUNO-Award-winning violinist, Alexandre Da Costa.

An immersive symphonic experience featuring the works of four composers and each serves as a musical portrait of four Canadian women: Nobel Prize-winning author Alice Munro; pioneering Canadian astronaut Roberta Bondar; the late British Columbia teen Amanda Todd and Mi'kmaq elder and poet Rita Joe, C.M.
