The 24th annual National Arts Centre Gala celebrated the place of women on Canada’s stages and paid tribute to the leadership of NAC Board of Trustees Chair Adrian Burns as a trailblazer in governance and volunteer leadership in the arts. Proceeds raised through this year’s NAC Gala was directed to the Adrian Burns Fund for Women Leaders in the Performing Arts, a new fund, that will help create new opportunities for professional skills development in the performing arts for women.
