It was full speed ahead for Mani Soleymanlou's first NAC French Theatre season as Artistic Director. Un. Deux. Trois., an epic performance written and directed by Mani, opened at the NAC in September 2022 before going on tour to eight other Canadian cities—Sudbury, Toronto, Montréal, Québec, Caraquet, Moncton, Vancouver and Winnipeg.

Exploring identity and what it means to be a Francophone in Canada, this sell-out trilogy employed one of the biggest all-Canadian casts to tour in 2023. Un. Deux. Trois. was co-produced with nine theatre companies across five provinces. The cast of 36 francophone actors from across the country came together to perform 28 shows for 8,500 audience members and travelled 10,500 km from coast to coast.

Donors help champion the recovery and renewal of the performing arts sector through collaboration with artists and arts organizations from across the country.
