Learn how to bring characters to life using only your voice! When you watch an animated movie or series, it’s easy to forget that there are people behind the voices of your favourite characters. That’s all thanks to incredible voice actors like Omari Newton!
Omari is an award-winning professional actor, writer, director, and a senior instructor at The Vancouver Film School. His voice credits include Marvel’s Black Panther, Corvus in Netflix’s Dragon Prince, Nate on Corner Gas Animated and Jefferson on Max Steel. In this workshop, Omari will guide students in finding their inner cartoon!
Omari is bilingual but the workshop will be offered in English only.
