Winners of the 2011 National Arts Centre Orchestra Bursary Competition Finals are announced

On Monday May 16, the 2011 NAC Orchestra Bursary Competition Finals were held in the NAC Studio. Winners were announced and presented with cheques and certificates before an enthusiastic audience of over 100 people. The National Arts Centre wishes to advise all patrons that they may face significant challenges getting to, and parking nearby, the NAC during Ottawa Race Weekend, May 28-29. Tens of thousands of people will converge on the downtown core during the weekend, some roads will be closed, and parking may be difficult to find.
