Pandaléon is a rock/alternative band formed in 2009 by Jean-Philippe Levac (drums and vocals), his brother Frédéric (keyboards and vocals), and Marc-André Labelle (guitar) in their home village of St-Bernardin, Ontario. The group’s subtle compositions and highly visual lyrics are inspired by the contrast between country and city life—an inspiration that’s also reflected in their performance style, which ranges from calm and reflective to hard-hitting and intense. They released their first EP in spring 2012 and are currently working on a second album.
