Primary Colours is a Canadian piano trio that builds from the traditions of jazz, with influences from modern acts like Robert Glasper, GoGo Penguin, Tigran Hamasyan, and Herbie Hancock. Blending acoustic and electric elements, the trio flows between head-nodding grooves and soulful melodies, discovering the unexpected through their improvisational virtuosity. The trio features Deniz Lim-Sersan on keys, Chris Pond on bass, and José Hernandez García on drums. Recently in March 2024, the trio released their first music video Artemis, which is available on YouTube. Their debut album All Love, released October 2023, is now available on all music streaming platforms.

Samantha Christ François, a Haitian vocalist, began singing at age 7 in her church, developing a passion for music that spans languages and genres. Fluent in French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Créole, and Swahili, she effortlessly bridges cultural divides through her diverse repertoire, which includes gospel, R&B, Latin, and jazz. Since moving to Ottawa in 2020, she has become a key figure in the local music scene, enriching the community with her talent and cultural heritage.

Internationally renowned Cuban pianist Miguel de Armas moved to Canada in 2012, bringing with him a rich musical heritage honed through years of study, performance, and creation. As a co-founder of N.G. La Banda, one of Cuba's most legendary timba bands, he captivated audiences worldwide and recorded over 60 albums, collaborating with top Cuban and international artists. In Ottawa, Miguel formed the Miguel de Armas Quartet, blending jazz and Afro-Cuban music into a thrilling fusion that has enriched the Canadian musical scene. His performances are masterful displays of rhythmic complexity and melodic beauty, marked by an impassioned and dynamic stage presence that continues to push the boundaries of Afro-Cuban jazz.
