Every weekday, we will be showcasing the wonderful musicians of Canada’s NAC Orchestra on YouTube. Enjoy!

Donald Renshaw, Principal Trombone in Canada's National Arts Centre Orchestra, shows off two very different pieces of music that feature traditional musical embellishments from their time. First, enjoy the opening slow movement from a Trio Sonata by Arcangelo Corelli composed in 1681. Next, Donald performs the Maple Leaf Rag, composed by Scott Joplin in 1899.
