To celebrate the very first International Day of Sign Languages, the NAC is thrilled to showcase a performance by Deaf Spirit Theatre presented in ASL. Embodying the characters of three iconic comediennes Lucille Ball, Carol Burnette, and Jean Stapleton, they will make you laugh while you learn, as they share Deaf people’s perspectives on everyday experiences.

Deaf Spirit Theatre is a collective of actors Hayley Hudson, Elizabeth Morris, Theresa Upton, three Deaf women from Kingston, Ontario. Their stage manager is Alexandra Hickox
