Siblings JAY and STEFANIE MCCARROL have been playing music together for their entire lives, but it wasn't until 2013 that they officially joined forces to form the band BRAVE SHORES. With compelling melodies and dreamy synth layers that pull the listener into their mysterious world, the band’s danceable party music includes everything from surf guitar trills to gritty distortion to stylized harmonies.
DAVID VERTESI, perhaps best known as the bassist of Vancouver pop outfit Hey Ocean!, has also lent his talents to the likes of Shad, Hannah Georgas, and Top Less Gay Love Tekno Party. A consummate songwriter and musician, David’s solo work pays subtle homage to his influences while he carves out his own distinct sound.
