Gabriel Plante

A 2015 graduate of the National Theatre School of Canada’s Writing Program, Gabriel Plante wrote and directed Clap ClapCube blanc and Plyball,and wrote a contemporary version of Corneille’s Le Cid, presented in Ottawa in 2018 by the Théâtre du Trillium. In 2016, he received the Prix Gratien-Gélinas for his play Histoire populaire et sensationnelle, premiered in January–February 2020 at Espace Libre in Montreal, directed by Félix-Antoine Boutin. Gabriel is president of the Centre des auteurs dramatiques (CEAD).
