Italy inspired both Stravinsky’s delightful ballet Pulcinella, the sly commedia dell’arte character, and Mendelssohn’s sunny Fourth Symphony, one of the most beloved in the repertoire. Canadian composer Malcolm Forsyth’s inspiring Double Concerto with Principal Cellist Amanda Forsyth and Principal Viola Jethro Marks.
