GENERAL AUDITIONS

National Arts Centre English Theatre Artistic Director Jillian Keiley and Associate Artistic Director Sarah Garton Stanley will be conducting general auditions in Ottawa on Saturday, January 23, 2016.

NAC English Theatre is committed to inclusive casting. We encourage submissions from all professional artists, regardless of cultural identity, age, disability, gender or any other basis of representation.

Priority to be given to members of Canadian Actors’ Equity Association.

Please note: Actors may only audition for the NAC English Theatre once every three years. Please do not submit if you have auditioned for Ms. Keiley and Ms. Stanley since January, 2013.

Actors are asked to prepare either two contrasting monologues (of no more than two minutes each), OR one two-minute monologue and one song (no accompaniment provided).
