The National Arts Centre presents “ARTISTS & CHAMPIONS”, a remarkable exhibition of portraits by V. Tony Hauser, one of Canada’s foremost portrait photographers, featuring a who’s who of Canadian artists and the individuals who admire, support and promote them.

WHAT:             Vernissage of “ARTISTS & CHAMPIONS” exhibition by V. Tony Hauser

DETAILS:        The collection of 60+ classic black & white silver prints was created over the past two years V. Tony Hauser. They feature fascinating groupings of artists from various disciplines with their admirer. Participants include dancer/choreographer Louise Lecavalier and paralympian Chantal Petitclerc, actress Sheila McCarthy and former Ontario Premier Bob Rae, theatre director Lorraine Pintal and environmentalist Stephen Guilbeault, as well as pianist/dentist Thomas Yu Calgary and Mayor Naheed Nenshi (see full list below).
