The Cost of Care discusses the state of mental health care in Canada and asks audiences to consider how their lives might be improved if cost were not a barrier to receiving that care.

Libby Willoughby is a theatre artist born and raised in Vancouver, BC. Libby completed her BFA in Acting at UBC. She is a member of the HIVE performance collective, and co-runs her co, Little Thief Theatre.
