JUNO Award-winning singer-songwriter Kellylee Evans chats about two exciting concerts for Canada Day. For the very first time, her back-up band will be none other than the NAC Orchestra, as well as over 325 Unisong choristers performing Kellylee’s own material in new orchestra arrangements commissioned by the NAC, on the national stage.
“What a dream come true to return to the NAC to play with the NAC Orchestra on Canada Day,” she said. “There's nothing quite like singing in front of an orchestra. The swell of the music, the camaraderie with world-class musicians -- it's a life changing experience. I'm so excited!”
