Are you a recognized artist in your community? Are you dreaming big and need help to go further? Our new development program is here to help you achieve your ambitious professional goals.

NAC Popular Music and Variety presents Le Projecteur, a unique professional development program for Franco-Canadian musical artists. This two-part initiative combines a training program, offered by recognized experts from the music industry in Canada, with an artist residency.

In 2021, Le Projecteur will bring on board three artists from Atlantic Canada, Ontario and Western Canada.

Training sessions

The first part of Le Projecteur is a series of training sessions offered by experts covering all aspects of career development. The sessions will be offered by web conferencing.

Artist residency

The second part of the program is a creation residency to work on their live performance, paired with recognized artists. The residencies will be in-person.
