Yeseul (Chloe) Gam

Originally from South Korea, Yeseul Chloe Gam is a recent graduate of the University of Southern California. She studied with Prof. Glenn Dicterow, where she received her Master of Music degree in violin performance. While at the USC Thornton School of Music, she was a young artist in residence in Da Camera Society, Los Angeles. As member of Khalo Quartet, she toured France at the invitation of the Rencontres Franco-Americaines Chamber Music festival.

 

She completed her bachelor of music in Keimyung-Chopin Academy of Music where she served as a concertmaster of Keimyung Symphony Orchestra and won the concerto competition, affording her a national concert tour in South Korea. Earlier professors have included Chisang Park, Mihseon Bahk and Agnieszka Marucha. As an active chamber musician, Yeseul has performed alongside members of the Berlin Philharmonic, Los Angeles Philharmonic, Novus Trio and Daegu Symphony Orchestra. She also participated in Thy Chamber Music Festival, Music Academy of the West, Casalmaggiore International Music Festival and Birmingham Conservatory.
