Riku Mätinen

Riku Mätinen is a Finnish composer of electronic music from Helsinki, Finland. He has been producing music since the late 2000s. His music blends elements of ambient, dub, techno, dubstep and minimalism to create a very distinct sound. He is known for his atmospheric soundscapes and hypnotic grooves, often accompanied by the use of ethereal female vocal samples. His work has been praised for its ability to evoke an emotional response. The artist has performed at many European festivals in the past, but since 2020, he's specialized in creating immersive 360 spatial audio content in his personal studio.
