Martin Flack

Martin works as both managing director and technical director of winter guests. He has a background as light designer, sound technician, light technician, stage manager and production manager. Martin has worked together with Alan Lucien Øyen since 2004 and with winter guests since it was founded in 2006. Besides his work with Alan, Martin has also worked at Festspillene I Bergen, Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Grieghallen, Assembly Theatre, Carte Blanche, Oktoberdans Festival, BIT Teatergarashjen, and Borealis Festival among others.
