Marie Vivies

Marie Vivies studied viola at the Conservatoire national supérieur musique et danse (CNSMD) in Lyon, France, and graduated with a bachelor’s degree. Her love of travel led her to the class of Jutta Puchhammer-Sédillot at the Université de f Montréal, where she obtained her master’s degree in 2021. Her passion for orchestral music led her to play with the Orchestre Français des Jeunes, the Romanian Youth Orchestra, the Orchestre national de Lyon, and the Orchestre national du Capitole de Toulouse. Marie plays a modern viola made for her in 2013 by Fabien Peyruc.
