Marie-Thérèse Landry

Marie-Thérèse Landry hails from Quebec’s Gaspé region. Her interest in cultural development and her work with minorities led her to Acadia, where she was impressed by the vibrancy of the community; she has been living and working there since 2007. She has organized literary tours, filmmaker tours, and an international slam/poetry festival (now in its eighth year), and co-founded a slam/poetry collective in Acadia. She has also travelled to Europe and West Africa several times to share her expertise in cultural organizational management and her passion for cultural development in the French-speaking world.
