Leah Wyber

Leah Wyber, a native of Medicine Hat, Alberta, is an active orchestral and chamber musician in and around Ottawa. She is a former member of the Pieta of Montreal, the Atlantic String Quartet, based in St. John's Newfoundland, Joe Trio of Vancouver, and the Prodigal Daughters, a Newfoundland folk group. She received her advanced training at the University of British Columbia and the Banff Centre. As well, she has participated in numerous festivals and programs, such as the Ottawa Chamber Music Festival, the Scotia Festival, the Whistler Mozart Festival, the National Youth Orchestra, and the Jeuneses Musicales World Orchestra. Presently, Leah is a member of the National Arts Centre Orchestra.
