Katelyn Emery

Canadian violinist Katelyn Emery is an ambitious young artist based in both the Greater Toronto and Montreal Areas. She is a regular substitute violinist with the Montreal and Toronto Symphony Orchestras, and has also played with the National Academy Orchestra of Canada, National Youth Orchestra of Canada, the Music Academy of the West Festival Orchestra, the Colorado College Summer Music Festival Orchestra, the McGill Symphony, and the McGill Contemporary Music Ensemble. Katelyn is a graduate of the University of Toronto (Advanced Certificate in Performance), McGill University (Master and Bachelor of Music), and holds an ARCT Performance diploma. Her main mentors have included Jonathan Crow, Andrew Wan, Axel Strauss, Katharine Rapoport, and Janet Pasila.
