Jacob Merril

Jacob Merrill is a freelance trumpeter from Norman, Oklahoma and also holds the position of Associate Principal Trumpet with the South Dakota Symphony Orchestra. Alongside SDSO, Jacob has performed with the Oklahoma City Philharmonic and the Fountain City Brass Band. While music takes up a lot of his time, Jacob also keeps himself busy by playing with his dog named Chief, looking for a new book to read, or cheering on the Oklahoma City Thunder.
