A native of British Columbia, Hanna Williamson grew up taking piano lessons alongside her brother Paul with Dr. Betty Suderman and violin lessons with Dr. Calvin Dyck. She continued her violin studies at the Victoria Conservatory with Michael van der Sloot and moved to Ottawa in 2014, where she completed a Master's degree from the University of Ottawa with Yehonatan Berick and Yosuke Kawasaki. Hanna now works for the Canadian Armed Forces Central Band, which employs a piano quintet to support government and military functions in the NCR. In her spare time, Hanna enjoys teaching and helping run the Music in Greenboro concert series.
