David and Hannah Mirvish

DAVID and HANNAH MIRVISH are theatrical producers based in Toronto where the Mirvish family owns and operates four theatres. Mirvish Productions is Canada’s leading commercial theatre company and has produced plays and musicals for these and other venues throughout Canada, on Broadway and in London’s West End. David Mirvish and his father, Ed Mirvish, also purchased and restored the renowned Old Vic Theatre in London which they operated from 1983 to 1998. The Toronto theatres have been home to many outstanding productions including Miss Saigon, Les Misérables, The Lion King, Mamma Mia!, War Horse, Kinky Boots, Come From Away, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and SIX The Musical. In addition, Mirvish Productions has presented over 1,000 touring productions in the city of Toronto. Hannah Mirvish has taken on various roles within Mirvish Productions and abroad over the last 13 years. David is proud to have her producing with him and thrilled that she will continue the Mirvish theatrical legacy in Toronto which has been going strong for more than 60 years.
